After a picnic in the magnificent gardens of Château de Chantilly, visit the Pavillon de la Manse, former mill of the Princes of Condé. The ingenious hydraulic system powers all the fountains and fountains in the château’s gardens, designed by Le Nôtre.
Equally unmissable, the famous Chantilly cream is a gourmet’s delight. It owes its name to its origin, often attributed to François Vatel, maître d’hôtel at the Château de Chantilly after serving Superintendent Fouquet for many years.
